At Powerstitch Design Studio, our aim is to build long term relationships with our customers by providing them with the highest quality of Embroidery Digitizing and embroidery designs services with the help of our superb team of experienced draftsmen and digitizers who shall make every effort to guarantee that any design you send us will come back to you exactly how you want it.
Because of the growing popularity of e-mail, we can do business world-wide very efficiently. Having e-mail access allows you to send us your artwork electronically and also allows us to get your completed design to you as soon as it is done, in any file type that you require. |

| Turnaround Time |

| Our normal turnaround time is within 36-48 hours, however special requests can be made within 24 hours at NO EXTRA CHARGE. |

| Artworks should be emailed to orders@powerstitch.com along with the customer order form. (Click on the link to download the order form) |

| Artworks can be sent to us in the following formats in priority order: |
| |
| 1. Adobe Illustrator file
2. Corel draw file
3. BMP file
4. JPEG file.
5. Any other graphic file formats.
Upon receipt of your artwork our experienced staff shall then punch the designs within the deadlines indicated and then sampled on the fabric requested.
Once our QCs are satisfied with the quality of the design, we shall scan the sample and add it to a colour swatch, which consists of the design details. The colour swatches will then be emailed to you together with the embroidery file requested. |

| Stitch Counts / Advice on Designs & Production |
We offer a stitch estimate and design advisory service to all our customers free of charge.
Stitch estimates are normally given within 12 hours or earlier. |
