We can read all of the following formats: tif, gif, jpg, cdr,
ai, eps, pdf and bmp.
These are the most common formats, but if you have a format
not listed here, send it anyway, we should be able to open it
in most instances. |

| Do you have an order form? |
| Yes, you can either fill out the order form on our website
or you can request us to email you a copy of it. |

| What digitizing softwares do you use? |
| We use the best softwares, Wilcom and Pulse. |

| How will I receive my designs? |
| All designs are emailed to you as attachments in the format requested. |

| Can I request estimates before an order? |
| Yes, you can use our efficient online order form. All you will need to do is fill out the online form and click the button box indicating estimate. All quotes are emailed back to you within 10 hrs. |

| What is your average turnaround time? |
| 90% of the designs are completed within 24 hrs but it all depends on the complexity of the designs. Simpler designs can even be done within 12 hrs and very complicated designs can take upto 48 hrs. |

| Do you charge extra for rush orders? |
| No, this is part of our service to all our customers. |

| How do I pay for my designs? |
| You can either deposit the amount directly into our UK bank account or pay us through paypal. |

| How do you ensure quality? |
| We have a strict quality control system monitoring each order from start to finish. |

| Do you run swatches of the logos before you send us the file? |
| Yes, we sew out a sample of each and every design we digitize. We make sure that all sampled designs are checked thoroughly before emailing to you. You will also receive a scan of the sample together with the design as a proof of quality. |
